Fresh Products

DEFINITION OF FRESH PRODUCTS: They are food products of animal or vegetable origin intended for direct consumption.

CONSIGN PROCESS

    • Fresh food should not be stored in frozen and hot places;
    • If the products are to be stored in refrigerated areas, their stay should not exceed 8 hours. Temperature: 21- 22 ° C;
    • Certain products such as bananas, avocados, pineapples and papaya must remain in places where the air is constantly renewed.
